4 Ingredient Coconut Chocolate-Chip Ice-cream (Dairy, Egg, Gluten, Nut & Soy free)

Y'all. Ice-cream season is officially here! And who doesn't love ice-cream? We all know the month of May can be absolutely insane, which is why I wanted to give ya'll a quick and EASY PEASY allergy-friendly recipe! And the best part you ask? It only takes FOUR ingredients and all you need is a blender. Can I get a "hallelujah"!!!! Feel free to get creative and mix in whatever else you like to make it even more delicious.


  • 2 (13.5 ounce) cans coconut milk
  • 2/3 C sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C dairy-free chocolate chips (We love Enjoy Life brand!)


  • In a blender, blend the coconut milk, sugar and vanilla for around 2-3 minutes until it gets nice and creamy.
  • Pour into a pyrex dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1-2 hours. Remove and start mixing in the chocolate-chips (make sure it is frozen enough so the chocolate-chips won't all sink to the bottom). Put back in freezer for another two hours. Remove and add the rest of the chocolate chips on top!

That's IT!!! So simple and a great way for everyone to enjoy a delicious treat!
